MobiChef SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
By opting into MobiChef's SMS messaging program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. This service is
operated through GoHighLevel and is intended for communication with users who have expressly consented to receive
messages.
1. Explicit Consent & Opt-In
- By providing your mobile number and checking the opt-in box (or otherwise affirmatively opting in), you consent to
receive automated and/or manual SMS messages from MobiChef.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- You may manage your consent at any time, including opting out by replying with designated keywords (see Section 4
below).
2. Program Description & Message Types
Upon opting in, you may receive messages related to:
- Promotional offers or special deals
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, or changes
- Account updates or transactional notifications
- Event invitations or surveys
- Other service-related messages from MobiChef
3. Message Frequency
- Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with MobiChef.
- Typical message frequency is up to 4 messages per month.

- Charges are billed and payable to your mobile service provider.

- Your information will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
- We may share your data with trusted subcontractors or service providers only as necessary to operate the messaging
service.
8. Keyword Limitations
- Only standard keywords such as STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and HELP are recognized.
- We may not be able to process unsubscribe or support requests sent in other formats or using unrecognized terms.
9. Changes to Messaging Number- MobiChef reserves the right to change the sending phone number or shortcode at any time.
- If a change occurs, we will notify users via prior SMS or other appropriate communication methods.
10. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.
- Message delivery is subject to network availability and device compatibility.
11. Dispute Resolution (Optional but Recommended)
- In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the issue through binding arbitration rather than court
proceedings.
- Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held in Georgia.
12. Changes to Terms
- MobiChef reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Continued participation in the program following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
